A: We do not offer new, initial generator installations. Our specialization is strictly focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing existing systems. If an existing unit suffers a catastrophic failure or reaches the end of its operational life, we do offer complete generator unit replacements.

A: Standby generators require professional annual preventative maintenance to ensure reliable operation during a power outage. In severe environments—such as high Arizona heat or dusty conditions—regular oil level checks, battery health checks, and air filter inspections between annual services are strongly recommended.
A: Our annual standby service follows a comprehensive 45-point maintenance checklist. It includes a complete oil and filter change using synthetic oil, air filter replacement, spark plug inspection or replacement, battery load and State of Health (SOH) testing, electrical and transfer switch connection checks, voltage/frequency output verification, and controller firmware updates.
A: Based in East Mesa, On Demand Power provides mobile generator service throughout the entire Phoenix Metropolitan area and East Valley (including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Gold Canyon, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Cave Creek). We also service the high desert and mountain regions. For customers outside our primary metro area, we are available to travel anywhere in Arizona (specialized travel and dispatch fees apply).
