Michael played a key role writing and refining factory diagnostic manuals, ensuring technicians in the field knew how to troubleshoot and keep power systems running reliably. His expertise spans from residential home standby units to commercial backup solutions, and he’s widely known for his ability to diagnose and repair even the most stubborn generator issues—both in-warranty and out-of-warranty.

 

Beyond his technical acumen, Michael has a lifelong passion for repair work, having previously owned and operated his own appliance and lawn mower repair shop. He’s also a skilled communicator, holding an Advanced Communicator Silver certification from Toastmasters.
